EDISON (Engine Differential Integration Solver Over Numerical)
Solid Rocket Motor Simulator
This software allows to simulate the pressure and performances of a solid rocket motor with differents grains dimensions and differents types of propellant grains.
Performances are simulated by two different algorithms:
ATENEA: Takes into account the nozzle status with normal and oblique shock waves and expansion waves
SUTTON: Algorithm with the formulation described in the book: «Rocket Propulsion Elements». George Sutton
